Working in a fast growing Telecommunication company, meeting with high-end clients, interacting with friendly team members, as the company’s ambassador to the customer and clients on the full time position of Logistic Specialist, You are a vital asset to the company.
The working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:30 pm with 30 minutes lunch break. 40 hours a week.
The working location is in Richmond BC at the intersection of Jacomb and Cambie Rd. 

Responsibilities  

  • Organize all shipments in line with company requirements;
  • Prepare and maintain a delivery schedule and communicate to all relevant departments and stores;
  • Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions;
  • Process tickets via a customer services system;
  • Assist engineers with equipment testing;
  • Serve clients to exchange products
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Requirements​

  • Minimum of 1 year experience of logistics management
  • Excellent understanding of efficient materials flow and best practice;
  • Have a valid drive licence in BC, Canada
  • High level of computer literacy, to include MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules; Strong organizational and administration skills. 
  • Confident and assertive; Professional attitude and demeanor; Adaptable / Flexible approach to work.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
