They offers a wide range of services like last-mile delivery, Cash on Delivery with tracking, real-time online tracking, international transport of goods, overseas warehousing, and 24 hours support via all channels. With the fast growing in Mexico, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Mexico. This is a full-time. Remotely or Hybrid work mode is available in Mexico. The compensation will be above the market average level with great benefits.

​Responsibilities  

• Develop recruitment business strategies, implementation plan and recruitment and selection procedures to align with the company's business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Internal, External, Permanent and Temporary roles, managerial and executive roles in Americas Regions.
• Supervise the Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mexico, who supports full cycle recruiting for business operations.
• Ensure a successful usage and adaptation of our recruiting systems (ATS).
• Work alongside hiring managers to guarantee top talent attraction, retention, and diversity.
• Act as an Advisor for talent research, recruiting marketing and attraction strategies.
• Lead the Mexico and surrounding countries local recruiting marketing activities.
• Support Latin America projects by acting as a country SME, gathering information, preparing documents, testing new tasks into the recruiting systems, and rolling out implementations.
• Manage ad-hoc reports and KPIs related to Talent Acquisition environment.
• Participate in global initiatives to implement Talent Acquisition culture.
• Support when required, remote recruiting process for other countries as required.

Requirements​

• Bachelor Degree is a must, additional studies are a plus.
• Advanced English Skills (both written and verbal).
• Other languages like Portuguese are a plus.
• At least 10+ years of experience in recruiting or HR activities (either as an in-house recruiter or a headhunter/researcher).
• Desirable people management experience.
• Desirable experience in e-commerce, logistics industry.
• Experience with conducting direct searches through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and/or other Sourcing tools.
• Experience using local job boards and university job boards.
• Experience supporting Projects regarding Talent Acquisition improvement is a plus.
• User experience with any Talent Acquisition ATS.
• High sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills (Ability to prioritize and organize workload)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Communication Skills and Customer Oriented.
• Competency interview application knowledge.
• Local recruiting market practice strategies and sources knowledge as well as regulatory and law overall understanding.
