About the client: is a premier global technology provider with 10+ full service data centers globally and over 50 satellite locations. Due to business expansion, they are hiring a Sr. Procurement Manager in Dallas (as a hybrid or work from home model) .
Compensation is 120K+ USD annual salary + Benefits.

​Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for the procurement management of telecommunication resources in Dallas, as well as the public cloud business in the United States;
  • Responsible for procurement business development strategy and planning in the USA. It includes but is not limited to IDC, local bandwidth, managing international telecommunication suppliers/Carriers.
  • Responsible for implementation for clients - Internet companies to provide landing services, efficiently complete telecommunication resources procurement and computer room cooperation, and reasonably control the cost,
  • Familiar with telecom carriers' network resources, supplier selection, and evaluation, etc.,  
  • Understand business needs and complete the selection of high-quality resources purchasing and management;
  • Responsible for participating in the negotiation and relationship maintenance of the carriers' resource procurement, implementation, monitoring, and execution of the contract; ​​

Requirements​

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Legally eligible to work in the USA
  • More than five years of experience in mainstream telecommunication carriers data business or technical background
  • Ability to work independently, good communication and coordination skills;
  • Accept frequent business trips.​
