 Sr. Course Product  & Operation Manager​ ​

The client is a start-up company located in Beijing. It provides online mathematics learning products and teaching services focusing on 7 to 12-year-old kids. The start-up team members are from well-famous online and offline education organizations.  Currently, there are 100 + employees. Their client's satisfaction is great and the business model is profitable. They are looking for the role of Sr. Course Product & Operation Manager who has the entrepreneur spirits with a passion for the education industry.  ​

Responsibilities 

  •  Optimize the path and page of courses according to user's feedback and company's business needs
  • Analyze all traffic carriers and activity data to provide weekly and monthly report. 
  • Design, develop and promote various courses monthly
  • Responsible for achieving various KPIs such as course experience path conversion rate, open rate, billing rate, quality of course packaging, course conversion rate. 

  • 课程页面和路径的优化,根据用户反馈和公司需求迭代课程产品。
  • 所有流量载体、活动的数据提炼和分析,日报周报月报。
  • 每月策划多个课程并完成包装,课程策划、包装等。
  • 承担关键KPI:课程体验路径转化率,打开率,付费率,课程包装的质量,课程的转化率。

Requirements

 5+ years of online courses product experience for K12 within an online education organizations
