Service Engineer

🌟 Join Our Team as a Service Engineer - Mexico🌟 Work remotely to provide exceptional technical support and services to clients in Mexico. The compensation will be based on the candidates' location from 50-60K USD in the Mexico, plus annual bonus.

Responsibilities  

  • Oversee the batch delivery and testing of devices, providing on-site fault services for products.
  • Manage the service center operations in the assigned country, focusing on maintenance service center development, training, optimization, and daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the CQM team to identify and address quality problems reported by customers, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and actively work towards enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Design localized product troubleshooting guides tailored to meet the needs of the local customer base.
  • Assist Commercial Engineers in spare parts management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements​

  • Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Proficient knowledge of inverter, servo, motor, PLC, and other automation products.
  • Willingness to travel, exhibit hard-working qualities, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong team spirit.
  • Fluency in spoken English or Chinese, and proficiency in reading and writing.
