Senior Sales Director

LinHR's client founded in 2000, is the first listed company in China's satellite navigation industry. The company provides excellent navigation and positioning products, solutions and services for users around the world. Today, the company had become a global group company in navigation industry, with a total asset of over 1 billion USD and more than 4,000 employees. The subsidiaries extend from China to North America and Europe.

Now the company is searching for a Senior Sales Director in Vancouver, BC, Canada, where is the headquarters of the client's  North America Branch. As a part of the global strategic marketing and sales team, the Senior Sales Director will drive an innovative business, marketing and sales business to continue the growth path in America.

Responsibilities  

  • Organize and coordinate product line resources, lead America marketing activities, promote the sale of shelf products, achieve assigned sales target, search and gather project information
  • Develop and implement America marketing strategy, periodically complete reports like market trend, product positioning, competitor analysis and so on.
  • Develop and manage distributors and end customers, contributing to the optimization of channel strategy and structure.
  • Work with a technical support team to drive and support the product road map of desired products, information/decision support sales tools.
  • Attend exhibitions, workshop, trade-shows and customer events to develop and communicate the value proposition and brand message.
  • Actively search and establish the strategic partnerships, and  manage Strategic projects.
  • Accomplish other relevant tasks as required

Requirements​

  • Bachelor degree or above in Geomatics, Navigation, Communications, Electronics and relevant majors, and MBA preferred,
  • 5+ years satellite navigation or related industry experience.
  • Demonstrated the successful experience in marketing or sales, in managing distributors or end-customers carrier.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of GNSS basics and high accuracy GNSS corrections and positioning technology which helps accurate understanding of promoting products and barrier-free communication with customers.
  • Fluent in English  
  • German, Spanish, French or Chinese is preferred.
