They specialize in branded, award-winning products—offering high-quality laminate, luxury vinyl flooring, and a full range of trims, moldings, and stair accessories.
As the company continues to grow, we are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Sales Representative to join their inclusive and diverse team.
Title: Sales Representative
Compensation: base salary: from 48,000 to 100,000 USD+Sales Bonus+ Competitive Benefits including health insurance, Mileage and travel reimbursements

Responsibilities  

  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals successfully.
  • Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and relevant product meetings as necessary.

Requirements​

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within a similar industry or role.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​
  • Experience in account management is preferred.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus.
  • Occasional travel to meet clients and attend trade shows is required.
