Sales Manager

LinHR's Client, established in 2016, is a China-based company that sells high-quality Chinese 3C products globally through various methods. It operates in multiple countries, emphasizing localization and digitization. They collaborate with major domestic brands, utilize both B2B and B2C models, achieving a revenue of 5 billion RMB. The B2B business boasts a global network, while the B2C business focuses on 18 international e-commerce platforms. The group has a dedicated brand marketing company with strong promotional capabilities through partnerships with over 5000 global media outlets and self-media. With the business growing, they are looking for a Sales Manager in Brazil.
Suggested Salary: R$2500-10,000

​Responsibilities  

  • According to the target task of the region, combined with the characteristics of electric motorcycle products, organize the appropriate personnel to develop customers, establish sales channels, and be responsible for the sales target.
  • Fully understand various channels and competing products in the competent region, implement the company's overseas sales policy, and accordingly formulate a specific sales execution program, plan and organize the implementation.
  • Manage regional sell-in and sell-out, and ensure sales forecast accuracy.
  • Assist in the marketing efforts of the region in charge and expansion into lower-tier markets.
  • Comprehensively understand, monitor and analyze competitors, collect market information and give advice on sales strategy.
  • Optimize the requirements of business modules, analyze monthly inventory and activation of data, and have keen market insights to further drive business growth.

Requirements​

  • Know English well and can use it as a daily working language for communication, know Portuguese is preferred; electric travel, home appliance industry product channel sales experience is preferred.
  • ​Familiar with local online and offline channels, understand the marketing methods of the area in charge, resources in Africa/South America/Middle Asia/Europe is preferred. 
  • Strong pioneering ability, and able to independently carry out appointments and visits to customers, tackle key customer problems and other sales activities, experience in the development of gaps in the market
  • Good at controlling prices and channels.
  • Electric mobility background and appliance background performance of more than 4 million / month, having cooperation with regional agent customers is preferred.
Competence (knowledge and skills) 
  • Familiar with local online and offline channels, understand the marketing methods of the area in charge, familiar with local consumption habits, and have ready-made Brazilian customer resources.
  • Strong pioneering ability, and able to independently carry out appointments and visits to customers, tackle key customer problems and other sales activities, experience in the development of gaps in the market, and channel management experience are preferred.
  • Good at controlling prices and channels.
  • Analyze and summarize market data, good at reviewing and reporting.
  • Electric mobility background and appliance background performance of more than 4 million / month, having cooperation with regional agent customers is preferred.
