Sales Manager

Looking to join a leading company in the aluminum industry? LinHR's client is a global leader in aluminum alloy research, development, and manufacturing, providing high-quality products to a variety of industries, including new energy, electric cars, and rail transit. As they continue to grow at a rapid pace, they are seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead their sales team, develop effective sales programs, and achieve KPIs.
This exciting full-time position reports directly to the Global Sales Director and offers the flexibility of remote work in Houston, TX, USA, with the added opportunity for business travel. Join the team and help us shape the future of the aluminum industry!

Responsibilities  

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Attend industry events to generate new leads and build networks
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospect​

Requirements​

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Master abundant local customers and KA channel resources
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the aluminum alloy industry and relevant product
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude, Empathy, Integrity, Adaptability, Collaboration, Results-oriented
  • Goal-oriented, Strategic thinking, Proactive, Results-driven, Collaborative, Customer-focused, Continuous learning
