Sales Manager - Optical

Title: Sales Manager
Compensation: above 200K USD + Competitive Benefits
Location: Fremont, CA

Responsibilities  

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities.
  • Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts, and expediting accounts receivable.
  • Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.
  • Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.
  • Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
  • Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, able to handle leads independently
  • Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives Solves some nonroutine issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization

Requirements​

  • Bachelors Degree or above,major in electronics, semiconductor, communication, instrumentation, measurement and testing, etc;
  • Typically 3-5 years relevant experience, working background in optical communication& IC industry is preferred
  • Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good communication ability
