Sales Director

LinHR's Client, established in 2016, is a China-based company that sells high-quality Chinese 3C products globally through various methods. It operates in multiple countries, emphasizing localization and digitization. They collaborate with major domestic brands, utilize both B2B and B2C models, achieving a revenue of 5 billion RMB. The B2B business boasts a global network, while the B2C business focuses on 18 international e-commerce platforms. The group has a dedicated brand marketing company with strong promotional capabilities through partnerships with over 5000 global media outlets and self-media. With the business growing, they are looking for a Sales Director in Brazil.
Position: Sales Director
Suggested Salary: R$25,00-18,000
Working location: Alameda Araguaia, 417 - Santa Maria, São Caetano do Sul - SP, CEP:09560-580.

​Responsibilities  

  • Strategic Brand Marketing: Develop comprehensive branding and promotion strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness and elevate brand performance.
  • Digital Marketing Mastery: Successfully propel brands towards their goals through adept utilization of digital platforms, fostering increased online brand awareness and meaningful user engagement.
  • Advertising and Publicity Prowess: Execute impactful advertising and promotional campaigns that make significant contributions to brand impact and visibility.
  • Robust Marketing Research: Conduct in-depth market research to provide robust data support for the formulation and execution of effective brand strategies.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Exhibit strong teamwork skills and effective leadership communication to foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced data analysis skills to derive insights and make informed, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements​

  • Over 8 years of successful experience in developing and executing brand marketing strategies, with a preference for candidates with a background in electric vehicles or electronic consumer products.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including expertise in social media management, SEO, SEM, and other relevant areas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing research experience, demonstrating the ability to develop and implement comprehensive market research programs.
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience, showcasing the ability to successfully coordinate multiple departments such as marketing, sales, and creative to achieve common goals.
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience, including a proven ability to deeply analyze the return on investment (ROI) and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in advertising and promotions, with a track record in planning and executing successful advertising campaigns.
