Recruitment Specialist

LinHR Consulting Inc. is a fast-growing HR & Payroll Consulting Service provider in Canada. As our business expands, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Job Description
About the role:
The objective of the Recruitment Specialist is to analyze client needs, develop recruitment strategies, search for and interview talent to fill positions for our clients, and support new hire onboarding. This role primarily operates remotely with flexible working hours, with occasional requirements to work in Downtown Toronto.
Base salary: CAD 50,000 to 60,000 + Commission pay + comprehensive group benefits. Total package will be CAD 80,000 to 100,000. 

​Responsibilities  

  • Analyze client requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for positions.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements​

  • A minimum of five (5) years of recruitment working experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Success Factors (or equivalent).
  • University degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline; and/or a College diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Experience with staffing agencies would be an asset.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Ability to occasionally commute to Downtown Toronto.
