Recruiting Manager/HRBP

About the client: is seeking top industry HR experts to grow the team dedicated to expanding the North American markets. The Recruiting Manager will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions.

You'll become a master at recruiting for the warehouse automation industry.

• Starting base salary is $80,000/yr - $120,000/yr with performance based salary increases. 

​Responsibilities  

  • Work closely and actively with team lead to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s)
  • Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields
  • Drawing up and posting job opportunity advertisements
  • Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
  • Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with clients or hiring managers
  • Checks candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds
  • Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process
  • Recruiting Agency management
  • Other tasks that may be assigned​

Requirements​

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting in warehouse automation industry preferred
  • This position requires a person who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
  • Excellent organizational skills​
