Product Manager E-commerce

This is a Full Time position in the San Jose, CA, USA.

Responsibilities

Responsible for product life cycle management, including the whole planning process from product concept and design to promotion of implementation and application, and responsible for user click rate, conversion rate, registration volume, activity and contribution value.
Product optimization, operation promotion and marketing promotion through user insight and data analysis.
Timely understanding of industry changes and trends of competing products, to formulate and implement improvement plans for product deficiencies.
Communicating and cooperating with technical and UI design colleagues, effectively promoting implementation, and completing the version implementation as planned.
Analyze the operational data of online products, regularly organize the analysis of product operation analysis reports
Put forward product improvement suggestions, and continuously improve online products to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above,
3-5 years of working experience in large and medium-sized Internet products
Familiar with the characteristics of the Internet, understands the needs of Internet users, has a strong knowledge of user experience theory, and has in-depth thinking on product design
Strong ability to work under pressure, persevere, be a team player
Proactive and keen on learning, researching and professional improvement
Cross-border e-commerce ability is preferred
