Marketing Lead

About the client: a game company, is looking for a Marketing Lead in San Francisco/Los Angeles to help develop their marketing efforts to the next level. This role will drive the consumer advertising, branding, IP cooperation, esports, business partnership development and will work closely with user acquisition, ASO, community, creative, and product teams. The company is a young and creative game company dedicated to producing and promoting fun games to players all over the world. Since 2014, they have published Soul Hunters, Art of Conquest, Rise of Kingdoms, AFK Arena, Warpath, Dislyte and many other games. they value Simple and authentic, providing each employee a free and independent growing soil.  
The position is a Full time and Hybrid role in 
​San Francisco/Los Angeles, CA, USA. 

​Responsibilities  

  • Create, execute, manage the overall brand strategy and vision.
  • Develop a deep understanding of users through survey, interview, data analysis, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external partners (creative agencies, platforms, media agencies, publishers)
  • Produce high quality creatives and contents for different game titles.
  • Work closely with UA partner and creative team to reach an excellent KPI goal.

Requirements​

  • Passionate gamer and dedicated to delivering excellent player experience.
  • 10+ years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in gaming, entertainment, e-commerce, digital product industries.
  • 3+ years of experience of marketing team management.
  • Proven record of leading million dollars United States marketing campaigns.
  • Willing to influence cross-functional departments and define a common goal. User oriented, results oriented, innovative, rational.
  • A balanced understanding of the art and science of marketing.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
