They are a full-service project management firm that manages everything from inception, site analysis, design, and all the way through construction.
Recently with their business growth, they are seeking a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) or who at the path to get a license to lead the development of their property of cottage on hand. It is a full-time position with the potential to be a business partner.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the scope of work is clear for both office and field teams
- Schedule staff and projects
- Assist in the development and training of the Survey team
- Assist with site surveys to determine existing project information/controls
- Perform site reviews to ensure construction confirms to project documents
- Experience with the use of ATVs/UTVs and snowmobiles would be considered an asset
- An aptitude for delivering projects on time
- hold a valid license or will be licensed in the next half year through the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors
- Having experience (Post-Licensing) in Cadastral Surveying
- Strong working knowledge of survey equipment and software such as GPS and Total Stations (Including Robotic)
- Must be eligible to hold a Certificate of Authorization from the AOLS
- Knowledge of municipal design/reconstruction, along with the reciprocal effect of their work on other fields
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and own a vehicle (travel expenses compensated)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Microsurvey (Civil3D is an asset), measurement adjustment and least squares, a variety of surveying techniques and equipment, and Microsoft Office
