ICT Sales Manager​

LinHR's client - the leading telecommunications services provider provides a full range of comprehensive international telecommunications services which includes IDD, roaming, Internet, MNC services and Value Added Business across the globe. It has expanded its footprint in 22 countries across different regions. ​

The client is looking for a driven and versatile ICT Sales Manager in Mexico who will focus on business development in the Mexico market, including but not limit to IPLC/IELC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit, Dedicated Internet Access, and Data Center, etc. The ideal candidate will  have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out on the field.

Responsibilities  

  •  ICT (Information Communication Technology) Industry.
  • Candidate will be responsible for selling IT infrastructure related Networking / Security / Storage /Virtualization/ Data Center solutions.
  • The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience in a similar domain.
  • Responsible for Business Development - to map and bring new business /large customer accounts.
  • Establish a professional working relationship with decision-makers and C-Levels to develop a core understanding of the client's unique business needs.
  • Preparation of Pre-Bid Queries and attending the pre-bid meetings.
  • Preparation of BOM / BOQ and presenting to the client.
  • Timely submission of proposal with compliance as tender requirements. Tracking of tenders which are in line with our focus areas.
  • Coordinate with the cross-functional department to gather the required inputs, documents required for tender submission.

Requirements​

  • Should have experience of 2+ years of sales in the Information Technology industry.
  • This position requires excellent communication-written & interpersonal and good organizational skills.
  • Will be required to assume complete responsibility of tracking, creating, and maintaining all bids & proposals.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of social marketing.
  • Strong skills in making creative presentations.
  • Experience of working in vertical industries, including Education, Government, Carrier/ISP, Enterprise, Hospitality, Healthcare, Utility, Transportation will be added advantage (more on Industry sales manager)
  • Experience of working as a channel manager for SMB/SME market (more on Channel manager)
  • Good if you have experience working in Cisco/Aruba/Huawei/Extreme/Juniper/Arista/Ubiquiti/Meraki etc. vendors.
  • Good if you have experience working in Syscom, TVC, CVA, X-WEB, compusoluciones, Ingram, SYNNEX etc. local distributors and companies.
  • The person should be fluent in English and Spanish.
