LinHR's client is a chain of hot pot restaurants . It was founded in 1994. The company has opened over 140 restaurants in China, Singapore, USA, South Korea & Japan. Now they are developing their business in Canada and will bring delicious food to Canadians.

- Develop and deliver the HR strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Develop, implement and optimize policies and procedures of HR and administration to support the company’s business operational plan
- Develop robust talent management plans to attract, retain, develop, and engage employees
- Ensure the company to comply with employment legislation in Canada
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree (Business, Human Resources related)
- Minimum 3 years relevant cross-culture human resources management experience
Skills and Attributes
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively verbally or through written documents.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization; the ability to formulate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders; and the ability to manage and respond to difficult situations promptly;
- Familiar with international human resources management system and Canada employment legislation.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require timely and sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
