About the client: a leading provider of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and solutions, offering customers"cloud-terminal-end"autonomous logistics transportation solutions. These include their series of robot products such as autonomous towing, flatbed, and forklift, as well as the TS-R robot management platform and the MaaS cloud maintenance service platform for robots. These solutions help customers achieve integrated indoor and outdoor transport and autonomous logistics from factory production lines to warehouses, supporting the creation of "dark factories" and "lighthouse factories."Emphasis on ecosystem collaboration. They provide their PNS positioning and navigation system and RCS robot control system to system integrators in various industries, OEMs (manufacturers of wheeled chassis, forklifts, quadrupedal robotic dogs, humanoid robots, etc.), and robotics application development companies.,which help them equip their robots with world-class positioning, navigation, and control capabilities, enabling them to quickly expand in their focused market segments. Their partners include automotive, logistics, new energy batteries, photovoltaic, 3C electronics, oil, chemicals, heavy machinery, and light industry.

With their business development in the USA, they are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Detroit Metropolitan Area. 
Hiring Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Detroit Metropolitan Area
Annual Salary: $60,000-80,000 USD

Responsibilities  

  • Understand the business strategy, work closely with the business leader to fully understand the HR needs of the business and provide effective HR solutions; 
  • Recruitment management and recruitment delivery, headhunting and outsourcing service provider management, and high-quality completion of recruitment tasks together with the team;
  • Improve the Human Resource management framework and related systems and processes to support the development of business departments; 
  • Full-module Human Resource planning and delivery: Recruitment Management, Compensation and Benefits Management, Performance Management, Training Management, Employee Relations Management, etc. and handle daily human resources work;5. Work closely with the HQ and other departments. 

Requirements​

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields is preferred; 
  • More than 5 years of human resources experience, excellent in recruitment experience and salary/performance experience are preferred; 
  • Familiar with local employment laws and regulations; 
  • Can communicate and work in Chinese and English; 
  • Good communication, Efficiecy-driven, and problem-solving skills.
