Human Resource Specialist

LinHR's client is a fasting growing education company dedicated to delivering superior education solutions to students who aim to study or work in the United States. 

They are looking for a full time HR specialist for their NYC office. 

Responsibilities  

  • Primary point of contact for internal and external HR queries
  • ​Drafting JD and posting jobs; screening and scheduling interviews for exempt and nonexempt positions
  • Maintains current and develops new recruiting channels (including recruiting agencies)
  • ​Completes onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Completes I-9 forms; verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files and other employee files
  • Manage ADP run payroll system including adding new employees/contractors, managing PTO, processing payroll and generating reports
  • Design and develop KPIs for team members and conduct performance review
  • ​Schedules and arrange training and meetings
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements​

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • ​Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources positions
  • Excellent organizational, communication skill and interpersonal relationship skill​
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Performance management experience is a plus
  • ​Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus
  • HR certificate is a plus
