HR Manager

With their business development in
Americas Region, They are hiring an HR Manager.  The role will be  responsible for HRBP business in American region, bridge COE and SSC to support business objectives and strategies.
This is a Full Time position in San Francisco, CA, United States. 

​Responsibilities  

HR Responsibilities 
  • Partner with business leaders in Americas Region to offer advice and solutions and ensure HR policies are in line with business goals.
  • Provide strategic expertise relating to Organizational Development, global C&B, Performance and TD for the effective growth of rapidly expanding function.
  • Implement and contribute to HR strategic initiatives and improve processes.
  • Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Consult and offer advice and drive improvements.
  • Provide guidance and input on BU structure, workforce planning and succession planning for a rapidly growing team.
  • Other ad-hoc jobs.

Requirements​

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • 8 years of HR experience, gained from one or more of HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Performance & Reward, Resourcing and/or Learning & Talent Development.
  • Prior exposure to 3C industry
  • Team player, hands-on, self-driven, able to manage multiple projects and commitment to work to the highest professional standards
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in both English and Chinese
