HR Generalist/HR Operations

​China Mobile International (USA) Inc. is seeking to find an HR Generalist/HR Operations to join the fast-growing Brazil team to further the growth of their Brazil division or Mexico division. 
The work location for the role is
San Paolo, Brazil, with occasional business trips, or,
Mexico city, Mexico, with occasional business trips

Responsibilities  

  • Roll-up your sleeves to execute a full range of HR duties from high-level strategy, program rollout and problem-solving. 
  • Serve as HR interface with the Hong Kong Headquarters and the South America employees  with regard to daily HR operations and issues such as recruiting, salary administration, HR filing and records, communicating and disseminating Group HR information, performance  management, training & development and employee relations. 
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including supporting campus recruiting, sourcing and pre screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. 
  • Handle onboarding arrangement, employee relations counselling, outplacement counselling and exit interviewing. 
  • Build relationships with management and staff; develop a strong understanding of their  global business, their goals, and challenges; anticipate, assess, and help to address systemic issues. 
  • Participate in various HR projects on HR policy, Process Optimization, Graduate Trainee Recruitment, etc. 
  • Maintain compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Maintains paper and electronic employment profiles and other confidential documents. Maintains high standards of confidentiality. 
  • Organize and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of  HR operation. 
  • Manage office supplies to support a safe and effective working environment.
  • Assists employees and supervisors with interpretation of company policies and procedures.
  • Other special projects and clerical duties assigned by HR and Admin management.

Requirements​

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related qualification.
  • 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience. 
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills. Mandarin Chinese is a plus. 
  • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively  with minimal supervision and shift priorities as needed in a dynamic work environment.
  • Project management skills from concept to planning, to implementation and evaluation. ​​​
