Human Resource & Office Manager​

LinHR's client is one of the leading fabless semiconductor companies, is committed to providing high-performance IC based solutions for cloud computing and artificial intelligent (AI) markets. Dedicated for more than 10 years in the memory interface technology, the company is able to deliver high-speed, large-capacity memory buffer solutions of DDR2 to DDR4 to meet the growing demand in data centers. 
A proactive Human Resources & Office Manager locates at San Jose, will wear multiple hats to help the company grow and succeed. He / she will lead HR strategies for the organization and undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Responsibilities  

  • Workforce Planning: analyze and provide guidance on current organizational state and future requirements; craft and revise role profiles to facilitate business planning;
  • Recruitment: direct outreach through recruitment portals and own recruitment network for the hiring of critical roles; ensure a conscious, deliberate approach to attract and retain top talents;
  • Organizational development: Build up programs to ensure employees training needs and growth aspirations are met;
  • Compensation and benefits: review payroll expenses and employee benefits plan;
  • Work with immigration attorney on H1-B visa and green card filing for US employees.
  • The tasks of the administrative role will include:
  • Review and approve regular office operating expense under US$2000;
  • Review and approve employee expense report first; monitor employee expense versus budget;
  • Develop and revise office policies and procedure for improved work flow;
  • In charge-of the office lease renewing and office expansion requirement;
  • Check for office supplier and other office needs.

Requirements​

  • Bachelor or above degree;
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple functions (talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, talent management, training, employee development, administrative, etc.);
  • Minimum of 3 years office management experience is a plus;
  • Sound knowledge of US and California State employment laws;
  • Demonstrated understanding of business financials and metrics with ability to demonstrate how HR can impact them;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and problem solving, decision-making skills required
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin.
