- Responsible for the overall financial management of accounting, budgeting and tax administration;
- Participate in the validation of the company's significant business, investment, financing plans and contracts, as well as asset restructuring and debt restructuring programs, responsible for the safety of shareholder assets;
- Oversee the business plan and program execution involving the company's significant revenue and expenditure;
- Responsible for the national mobilization, allocation, use of funds to ensure that business requirements, improve management efficiency.;
- Work with other departments of the company to complete cross-functional work, provide professional advice, effective control of risks, improve management efficiency.
- Build and manage a financial-related social network, for enterprises to create a good operating environment.
Education and Experience
- Attainment of the professional accounting designation (CPA)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of directly related post-secondary education and work experience
- 5-10 years experience with Real Estate Developers
