Executive Coach

Executive coaching services to be provided to the Director of a department of federal government Canada. 
The coaching program will comprise:
  • At least one hour face-to-face coaching sessions.
  • Follow up emails as required and suggesting readings, methodologies, tools and techniques to enhance learning based on topics and issues arising from coaching.
In each month there will be one to two coaching sessions on average.  The length of services will depend on the clients' needs. 
Hourly rate 40.00 to 90.00 CAD ​

Responsibilities  

  • Analyzing executive/manager leadership skills strengths and weaknesses;
  • Developing leadership improvement programs;
  • Designing and facilitating coaching/mentoring sessions;
  • Establishing and facilitating forums and workshops for managers to share leadership experiences and challenges;
  • Designing, developing and implementing mentorship programs;
  • Conducting reviews and developing implementation strategies;
  • Developing information sessions;
  • Providing mentoring and coaching assistance;
  • Developing talent management and succession readiness strategies;
  • Developing target workshops that helps managers become sponsors or agents of change and how to use effective communication as a change tool;
  • Conducting benchmarking exercises; and
  • Developing key functions concepts for succession planning.

Requirements​

  • At least 10+ years in related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management,  Psychology Science or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, French an asset
  • Delivers a high degree of customer service
  • Able to make sound decisions and recommendations, meet deadlines and take direction
  • Solid understanding of Executive Coach practices
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office  
  • Reliable DOS security clearance
