About the client: Our client is a large multinational electronics contract manufacturer.  The client is seeking an experienced Electrical Control Design Engineer to join our team for an intelligent manufacturing project in Mexico. As an Electrical Control Design Engineer, you will be responsible for negotiating proposals for non-standard equipment before order acceptance, planning software, and establishing BOM after order acceptance. Additionally, you will handle component selection, installation, debugging, stability tracking, and after-sales service of non-standard automated equipment. Effective communication and coordination with clients will also be vital aspects of this role.
This is a Full Time position. The work location is Guadalajara, Mexico.

​Responsibilities  

• Negotiate proposals for non-standard equipment before order acceptance. Plan software and establish BOM after order acceptance.
• Handle component selection, installation, and debugging of non-standard automated equipment.
• Track stability and conduct debugging and after-sales service post equipment delivery.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients.

Requirements​

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years of experience in the design and debugging of non-standard automated equipment. Capable of independently completing the development of machinery with four axes or more.
• Proficient in Mitsubishi/OMRON PLC software design and programming. Skilled in BOM establishment and independent writing of man-machine programs.
• Familiarity with design standards and specifications for mechanical control standard parts, non-standard parts, general parts, and electrical components. Capable of independent selection and installation.
• Familiarity with basic principles, structure, performance, technical parameters, installation, and debugging methods of mechanical device electrical control parts.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, demonstrate initiative, and possess a willingness to learn. Strong team spirit required.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C# and VB preferred.
• Willingness to serve overseas long-term
• Proficiency in Spanish/English/Chinese preferred.
