LinHR Consulting Inc. is actively monitoring and addressing the COVID-19 pandemic. We take appropriate action to protect the health and safety of our clients, volunteers, employees, and contractors.
We have developed our business continuity plan for COVID-19. We’d like to update you on the measures that we are implementing to mitigate risks and ensure that LinHR continues to provide the level of service you have come to expect from our firm through this health crisis.

• We can assist you with your HR and Payroll Management needs, including as they relate to managing your employees during the pandemic.
• We continue to answer your phones, emails, host virtual meetings to help ensure consistency of support resources and continuity of service with as little disruption as possible.
• We are monitoring the situation closely, enacting best practices for health and safety, and remaining vigilant in monitoring updates from official information sources.
• We also remain in touch with our leading Employment lawyer firms and service partners about their business continuity plans, how they are preparing for contingencies, and how we can help each other.
• We have eliminated all non-essential business travel and are monitoring personal travel.
• We have implemented and are regularly updating policies, modify our practices for our team to minimize risk and address their concerns to sustain the seamless operation of our business.
