Carrier Business Manager​

LinHR's client -  the leading telecommunications services provider provides a full range of comprehensive international telecommunications services which includes IDD, roaming, Internet, MNC services and Value Added Business across the globe. It has expanded its footprint in 22 countries across different regions.  ​

The Client is looking for a driven and versatile Carrier Business Manager in Mexico who is hungry to empower their carrier sales business. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for leading a team for carrier wholesale business development in the Mexico and Central America.

The work location for the role is Miami, USA or Latin America 
Note: 
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the assigned countries and do not need sponsorship for employment. 

Responsibilities  

  • Prospect new business and expand new market in the USA or Latin America area by identifying, qualifying and prioritizing new business opportunities.
  • Build up new customers especially for carrier companies.
  • Drive demand and deliver exceptional results against sales target.
  • Manage implementation of the marketing and growth strategy - including content, campaigns, events, digital marketing, and Public Relations.
  • Maintain good business relationships with new and existing customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, quotations and tenders.
  • Manage new/existing customers, create and keep strong relationship with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
  • Make business decisions by locating and analyzing sales trend, service areas and potential business opportunities.
  • Fully understand and master internal sales operations processes in order to evaluate and access opportunities for improvements.
  • Partner with support department to develop solution and make proposals based on customer needs and inquiries.
  • Conduct business analysis to improve performance and customer care constantly
  • Participate in development and market research for new products
  • Work closely with different business units and make sure all projects are smooth and efficient.​

Requirements​

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Development role, global telecom market experience is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership and team management
  • Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detailed oriented, well organized, and is able to work under pressure and in different time zones
  • Effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills
  • Highly collaborative, strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual or multilingual in Spanish is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
