Currently, the client has an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the fast-growing and dynamic eCommerce fulfillment sales team! This role will work out of Monroe, NJ US headquarters facility. Work from home with business traveling is also available.
The compensation is an annual base salary of up to 120K USD + Commission + benefits.

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle including lead generation, qualifying, identifying prospective client needs, positioning solutions, presenting pricing proposals and closing new business. The successful Business Development Manager will feel comfortable picking up the phone and making outbound cold sales calls to potential prospects, be able to analyze data and spreadsheets, position value and at the same time keep an active pipeline. The position will require the candidate to be consistently closing and onboarding new business.
