Our client, based in Toronto, specializes in providing security solutions, including IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, Turnstile gates, Wifi mesh kits, and Home automation devices. They are committed to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a complete solution to any security, surveillance, or home automation concern.

​This is a Full Time position in Toronto, Ontario. 
This position as Customer Support Tech reports to Vice President in Toronto and is responsible for completing technical support work remotely as requested by field technicians, travel is required.

Responsibilities  

  • Telephone, webex and Teamviewer support related to the issue,
  • Perform remote IP based video surveillance diagnostics, repairs.
  • Establish and maintain service excellence by assigning the highest priority to customer satisfaction and demonstrating quality in every aspect of work.

Requirements​

  • High French/English proficiency (written & oral) is required
  • Strong working knowledge of computers.
  • Proficient knowledge in IP network, TCP/IP
  • Knowledge in IP video surveillance application is preferred
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently and effectively to handle their daily responsibilities and serve our customers.
