Bi-lingual (EN/FR) Support Technician​

This position as Customer Support Tech reports to Vice President in Toronto and is responsible for completing technical support work remotely as requested by field technicians, travel is required.
​

Responsibilities  

  • Telephone, webex and Teamviewer support related to the issue,
  • Perform remote IP based video surveillance diagnostics, repairs.
  • Establish and maintain service excellence by assigning the highest priority to customer satisfaction and demonstrating quality in every aspect of work.

Requirements​

  • High French/English proficiency (written & oral) is required
  • Strong working knowledge of computers.
  • Proficient knowledge in IP network, TCP/IP
  • Knowledge in IP video surveillance application is preferred
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently and effectively to handle their daily responsibilities and serve our customers.
